What makes a good title here in the EC Classifieds?
A title that tells the players if you are, either:
It saves players time while they search for what they need, and keeps the forum looking less like a scavenger hunt.
Anything else you want to advertise, including your EC's competitions, should be done on your personal or equestrian center presentations only.

Do you know if you have to have a certain thing to create an center?
It is much better to head to the Gameplay Forum and open a new topic with any questions you have about how the game works and how to play. Asking questions in this topic will be unlikely to be answered quickly; the Gameplay Forum is designed to help.
To answer your question, by heading over to Achievements > Objectives, you can see that you need to have completed the first 25 beginner objectives to open an equestrian centre, or alternatively you can spend 80 passes to open it up straight away.
