We are aware of the issues relating to the "Error 500" that appeared in the game a few days ago.

We had hoped to be able to give you some good news and a resolution soon, which is why we waited before speaking out. Unfortunately, the situation is currently beyond our direct control.

The problem stems from our server provider, and unfortunately we cannot intervene ourselves to fix the issue immediately. However, we are in constant contact with their teams and are doing our utmost to ensure that the game's performance returns to normal as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We know that these repeated errors, which affect all players, are particularly frustrating and annoying.

    Update:
    Hello everyone,

    A fix for the 500 Error was implemented yesterday afternoon on all versions of the game. Since then, no errors have been detected in the developers' monitoring logs.

    You should therefore no longer encounter this error page. Please do not hesitate to send a ticket to Contact Us if you encounter this issue again.

    We have also received several reports from players stating that they are unable to access the Ascent of Olympus page. The developers are already aware of this and are working on it.
