If i have the pegasus account for 1 month and have 50 breeding farms aftter i stopped the subscription would those breeding farms be deleted?

Yes, once the subscription ends, the game will automatically keep 5 breeding farms (or less, depending on how many your seniority allows you to have) and the rest will be removed. Horses in those breeding farms will be moved to the 'other horses' section.
