Some of the known game issues are as follows:

• Low game performance (lag, slowness);
• The e-mails from Howrse are not being received;
• Competitions becoming stuck 'in progress';
• Daily Objectives resetting/switching to different objectives by themselves;
• Missing UFOs with the pop-up message "whoops, looks like it already passed";

Following yesterday's server migration/maintenance, the issues listed above are known issues affecting multiple servers. If you experience low game performance and slow-loading in the game, it may be a good idea to clear your browser's cache/cookies and check your internet connectivity, and perhaps try using a different WiFi connection if you are able to, activating a mobile hotspot or using mobile data.

There is no need to submit a support ticket regarding these issues, except for emails not being received; The Howrse Team is working to resolve the issues, but it might take some time before we see improvements.

As for emails from Howrse not being received (password resets, verification requests, etc) please use 'contact us' to submit a new request and have it looked into, as they may have other work-arounds to help you verify or reset your password.

    I can't post this on the INT server because the game is totally scrambled on the screen and totally unplayable. Now normally I'd blame my computer straight away but I play four games and the other three are fine. It's so odd, never had just one game go peculiar like this before, usually it's all of them.

    Just hoping someone else on here plays on INT and knows what is going on?

    I have seen that one of the INT moderators has reported these issues to the administrators (namely being unable to login on the 8th June, and on the 9th June they could login but the layout of the pages were muddled up and virtually un-playable). I haven't seen any confirmation from admin as yet about it, but it has been reported.

    At this stage, until we receive official confirmation from the admin team, I would suggest the usual trouble-shooting steps; clearing your browser's cache/cookies, rebooting your device, trying a different WiFi connection, a different browser and/or activating a mobile hotspot or using mobile data. If all fails please send a ticket through to 'contact us'. If you cannot access the International version to send a ticket: by clicking the small 'contact us' link in the footer of the website while you are logged out, you will be able to select your server flag.

    Hello,

    Here is a new update on the current situation after the migration:

    ↪ Emails issue: Good news, the game is finally able to send out emails to almost everyone!
    We are still having issues with Yahoo email addresses. The team is on it, but the rest is fine. You should now be able to confirm your email address or reset your password, for example. Please remember to check your spam folders if you haven't received an email in your inbox.

    ↪ Missing payment methods: The team is still working on getting Xsolla back as soon as possible. However, right now, we cannot guarantee that it will happen before the end of May Packs, unfortunately. Paysafe should arrive even later. We know how inconvenient it can be for some of you, and we are really sorry about that! Rest assured that the team is doing its best.

    ↪ Global compensation: We're still on it! The detailed amount and content will be finalized by the end of the week. Hopefully, we will be able to send it out next week.

    ↪ Test servers: The team is still working on it, hopefully they can reopen next week.

    The team is also working on other issues, which are less visible to you, affecting our internal tools.

    Step by step, things are getting back to normal.

    thanks for the updates, shame the payment method i use isn't available i managed to get a few lower value packs but was hoping for the bigger ones, hopefully the compensation will be worth all the issues, i still have had to re click quiet a few of the actions, and have done all the checks before hand so i know its nothing on my side default smiley 8-)

    Thanks Anarky, interestingly the situation is still the same, this game is fine, my other two , the Canadian one and the Australian one are also fine, but the Int one is still scambled up and sort of enlarged on teh page. It's really odd! I've accessed it a couple of tmes off a mobile but my sight isn't up to playing it on a mobile so I really hope it gets sorted eventually,
    I clear cookies etc all the time but it hasn;t made any difference. default smiley :(

    Here is an update on our focus for the week:

    ↪ Test servers: Still work in progress and our #1 priority this week since we need to test features for the next update. We hope to be back up and running by the end of the week, but nothing is set in stone.

    ↪ Missing payment methods: We are still working on getting Xsolla back up. We know how inconvenient it can be for some of you, especially since May Packs are ending tomorrow. We are really sorry about that! Sadly, we can't guarantee it will be back up before the end of the week.

    ↪ Global compensation: We are still working on the final details. It will include a variety of items and resources to thank you for your patience during the bumpy migrations.

    ↪ Performance issues: We noticed an increasing number of reports signaling frequent blank pages, maintenance pages, and other display issues. It seems to affect multiple versions. We are investigating a bit deeper and will provide you with an update next time.

    Here is an update on the current situation after the migration.

    ↪ Performance issues: We are aware that there are still some performance issues, affecting the French servers in particular and also the other versions. This is being investigated as a priority. However, the team still has some difficulties finding the origin of the issues. The metrics we have on our side don't reveal any performance issues, unfortunately.

    To help the investigation, we could use more information regarding the issues you encounter:
    • On what version?
    • If there are specific times you are having issues?
    • On what specific pages of the game?
    • Screenshots could help as well.

    Please share this information with us.

    ↪ Test servers: The test servers are back up and running (but only for FR, DE, and INT at the moment).

    ↪ Email issue: Emails should be working for everyone now (but might still land in your Spam folder). Please send a ticket to Support if you still aren't receiving emails.

    ↪ Missing payment methods: Xsolla is back now and should give you plenty of additional payment options. There is no update regarding Paysafe at the moment, as it isn't our priority.

    ↪ Global compensation: We're still on it, the detailed amount and content have been finalized. The developers will code the script when there is enough bandwidth - hopefully this week, but there is no guarantee.

    There are also other issues the team is working on in the background, but things are progressively getting back to normal.

    I have fertility's privilege at the moment and I am noticing that it sometimes does not activate and I have to use my fertility wands.
    On top of that I mainly breed unicorns (and have for years) but I am pretty sure the odds I am seeing currently are for sure not 1 in 5 default smiley (o). Is it possible for someone to look into these?
    I have no clue if they are related to this or not though.
